Society Management and staff are also responsible for overall administration of the society office, developing/implementing the business plan and strategies as well as fostering external relationships with industry stakeholders and generating revenues through non-programming areas. Sue Lemon CFA ext 222 slemon@cfatoronto.ca CEO Sue is CFA Society Toronto's Chief executive Officer and leads the Society's strategic direction which includes promoting high ethical standards in the financial industry and increasing the visibility of the charter with key partners in the financial community. Sue is also a member of CFA Society Toronto Board of Directors. Norma Summers ext 224 nsummers@cfatoronto.ca COO Norma is responsible for the overall staff management of CFA Society Toronto office. This includes execution of operations, programming and governance initiatives. Norma is responsible for the day-to-day activities of CFA Society Toronto's management office including: human resources, technology resources oversight, tactical marketing, reputation management, and providing direction, strategy and support for society's governance, nominations, and member communications portfolios. She supports the president in development initiatives which include by-law interpretation and development and board training and development. Shenaz Gilani ext 221 sgilani@cfatoronto.ca Director, Sponsor & Partner Relations Shenaz oversees the corporate sponsorship program, including sponsorship initiatives for individual events as well as identifying partnership prospects for the society's overall activities. The Director, Sponsor and Partner Relations focuses on identifying, cultivating and stewarding corporate prospects and sponsors to support the Society's overall operations as well as to support the Society's professional development programs and events. VACANT ext 235 Marketing & Communications Manager The Manager, Marketing & Communications oversees development of marketing initiatives and assists to provide strategic direction for overall promotion of the Society and delivery of mission initiatives. Additionally, this role manages reputation through various forms of media and communications with a goal to enrich the Society's public image within the financial community. Responsibilities include developing research and implementing marketing strategies to increase media coverage and public awareness of society initiatives. Jenny Yeo ext 223 jyeo@cfatoronto.ca Manager, Programs & Events Jenny manages activities related to the society's professional development programs and events to serve the needs of a diverse membership in the investment industry.
