TERMS OF REFERENCE – MEMBER SERVICES 25-August-2015 Scope of the Position The purpose of the position is to represent at the Board of Directors the committee(s) that provide member services and identify opportunities to enhance overall member satisfaction. This role will work to facilitate communication and member services to the current membership and some outside parties. This role will also support the Career Management Committee in fulfilling their mandate of leadership and professional development programming that focuses on improving members' skills that enhance their career prospects. The role will act as a liaison between the Society Board of Directors and relevant committees in member services matters.
