Approved May 2013 INTRODUCTION CFA Society Toronto is governed and operated through multiple interested parties including volunteers serving as 1) the board of directors, 2) committee members, 3) an executive committee and 4) the management office who are paid employees. Together these four groups provide member services and are stewards of both members' dues and professional reputation in the local community. Given the complexities of these relationships, it's important that all constituents know how to resolve any conflicts or misunderstandings that may occur at any given point in the organization.
